Cheaper by the Dozen 2(2005)

Tom Baker (Steve Martin) and his spouse, Kate (Bonnie Hunt), bring their offspring to a lakeside resort with aspirations of enjoying a peaceful summer retreat. Upon discovering that the Bakers have been assigned the most dilapidated accommodation available, an earnest yet incompetent Tom endeavors to restore it through his own efforts. Compounding their difficulties, Tom's former adversary—Jimmy Murtaugh (Eugene Levy)—arrives with his equally substantial family and initiates an antagonistic competition with the Bakers that jeopardizes the success of their vacation.
